Why buy a Teasel 2027 Calendar?
Teasel is a queer land cooperative working in South Wales to make nutritious, culturally appropriate food and food-growing opportunities available to queer people and our wider community. We care about land and food justice, climate action, and engaging marginalised queer people with land stewardships. We’ve just started growing, and this sh!t is hard and expensive — with money we don’t have!
As we work hard to be financially viable beyond grant funding, projects like our 2027 Calendar help us buy necessary growing equipment. We all volunteer many hours of our time to keep Teasel going, including to make the calendar itself. So all the money from your order goes towards next year’s growing plans.
And if that didn’t convince you — perhaps you could buy to impress your nature queer roommate, to make your toxic situationship jealous as they come over for your next (ill-advised) hookup, or just to write down important things happening in your life. Old school!!
